What are the delivery times for physical vouchers?

Postal Delivery of Vouchers & Fulfilled Items

All vouchers/items are dispatched using the delivery option selected at checkout.

Untracked (e.g. Royal Mail 1st/2nd Class): Untracked delivery is not guaranteed and cannot be traced once dispatched. We (and our fulfilment partner) cannot investigate, raise claims, or refund for items that are delayed, lost, or not received. If a replacement is required, the customer must pay the postage again.

Tracked: We strongly recommend choosing a tracked option where available. Tracked services provide tracking and allow investigations/claims if an item doesn’t arrive. Tracked 24 aims for next working day and Tracked 48 aims for 2–3 working days (delivery aims, not guarantees). Royal Mail usually only treats Tracked items as eligible for a “missing/lost” claim after the due date + 7 working days (early claims cannot be processed).

By selecting an untracked option, customers accept the increased risk associated with this service.

Royal Mail 2nd Class untracked can take 3 working days.
