Wildshark Isobella Limoncello Spritz Cocktail Recipe

Limoncello doesn’t have to be a shot – we promise. For those who love the tang of lemon but still want to keep it fizzy, this cocktail is for you. This cocktail is often called a Spritz as it can have different variants from Aperol as the most common but also Campari and more. The Spritz is dated as far back as the 1800s in Italy.

We just had to jump in and swap out the Prosecco for our delicious Wildshark Supernova Brut. Take a look at our method and download the recipe to make at home below!

Ingredients:

Limoncello

Wildshark Supernova Brut

Soda water

Gomme syrup

Lemon wheel for garnish

Blackberries for garnish

Rosemary for garnish

Method:

1.Add 50ml Limoncello and 15ml gomme syrup to a wine glass with lots of ice

2. Add 100ml Supernova Brut

3. Stir well

4. Top up your glass with soda water

5. Place your lemon wheel in the glass to garnish along with a few blackberries. To make it more Autumnal, add a sprig of rosemary

6. Enjoy and make for all of your friends!
