Wildshark Aperol Spritz Cocktail Recipe

Where are all our Aperol fanatics at?! Aperol Spritz is often the cocktail of the season in summer time. This cocktail is often called a Spritz as it can have different variants from Aperol as the most common but also Campari and more. The Spritz is dated as far back as the 1800s in Italy.

We just had to jump in and swap out the Prosecco for our delicious Wildshark Supernova Brut. Take a look at our method and download the recipe to make at home below!

Ingredients:

Wildshark Supernova Brut

Aperol

Soda water

Orange wheel for garnish

Rosemary for garnish

Method:

1. Add ice to your wine glass

2. Add 50ml Aperol and 100ml Wildshark Supernova Brut

3. Stir well

4. Top up your glass with soda water

5. Place your orange wheel in the glass to garnish and add a sprig of rosemary to really wow your audience
