The Pornstar Martini was invented by Douglas Ankrah in 2002, owner of LAB Bar in Soho, London, at his bar Townhouse in London.

The Pornstar Martini was reported to be the most ordered cocktail in the United Kingdom in November 2018 and is one of the most highly ordered cocktail within our sister company, Elite Pubs. Ingredients:

Wilshark Supernova Brut

Vodka

Passoã

Passionfruit Puree

Vanilla Syrup

Passionfruit for garnish

Method:

1. Add 25ml Vodka, 25ml Passoã, 60ml Passionfruit Puree and 5ml Vanilla Syrup into your cocktail shaker.

2. Shake it well.

3. Double strain into your martini / coupe glass.

4. Garnish by adding half a passionfruit .
